You can make one-time purchases on Bumble (like Bumble Boost), or start a subscription. Refund eligibility depends on our Terms and Conditions, and the factors below:
- The platform you used (iOS, Android, or Bumble Web)
- Your location
- What you purchased
Apple account payments:
Apple manages payments and refund decisions for Bumble payments made through Apple. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select 'I would like to' and choose 'request a refund'
- Follow the prompts to submit your request
Google Play payments (Android):
To request a refund:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select the Bumble purchase, then tap Request a refund
Card, Apple Pay, PayPal or Bumble Web payments:
If you paid through card, Apple Pay, PayPal or directly through Bumble Web, please contact our support team. Our team will review your request and get back to you.
To help us review your request faster, please include:
Your order number
The email address or mobile number linked to your Bumble account
Your Bumble User ID
The payment method you used
A short explanation of why you’re requesting a refund
You can find your Bumble User ID in the app by opening your Profile, tapping the question mark icon, opening Settings, scrolling to the bottom, and double-tapping the Bumble logo to copy the number.
What happens to subscription access?
If you're requesting a refund for a subscription, it's a good idea to cancel future renewals separately too. Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal, but you can usually keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If Apple or Google Play approve a refund, you may lose access immediately.
If you’ve decided you’d rather close your account than keep the purchase, you can follow the steps in Deleting your account.
