The cost of Bumble Premium, Premium+, Boost, and add-ons may vary based on the subscription tier, duration, and package size. Generally, the bigger the pack (or the longer the plan), the better the value. You can view all pricing details and the features included in each plan directly in the Bumble app or on our website.
On the app:
- Tap the profile icon in the bottom-left corner
- Tap ‘Pay plan’
- Choose from the following to view prices and subscription details:
- Premium+
- Premium
- Boost
- Spotlight
- SuperSwipe
On the web:
- Click your profile picture in the top-left corner
- Choose from the following to view prices and subscription details:
- Activate Spotlight
- Upgrade to Bumble Boost
- Upgrade to Bumble Premium
Promo codes and free trials
We don’t currently have the option to redeem promo codes, but we do run special offers from time to time. When available, these will appear as in-app notification banners so you won’t miss them. You’ll also always find the latest pricing details and any active promotions on the Pay Plan page.
Having trouble making a payment?
If you’re having trouble making a payment, or if a paid feature hasn’t appeared in your account yet, it may be due to one of the following:
Your purchase is still processing.
You can confirm this by checking your purchase history in Google Play or the App Store.The purchase didn’t go through.
Transactions can fail for several reasons (e.g., insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or technical issues). Review your purchase history to make sure the payment was fully processed.
If you’ve checked all of the above and still been charged but don’t see the feature in your Bumble account, please contact our Support Team and include a screenshot of your purchase receipt. If you bought the feature through Google Play or the App Store, the receipt will be sent to the email address linked to that account.
Please note: we can’t accept screenshots of bank or card statements, as they don’t show the exact item purchased.
