What happens to subscription access?
If you're requesting a refund for a subscription, it's a good idea to cancel future renewals separately too. Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal, but you can usually keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If Apple or Google Play approve a refund, you may lose access immediately.
For help with refunding your subscription, please see our article on requesting a refund for more information.
How to cancel your subscription
How you cancel your Bumble Boost, Premium, or Premium+ subscription depends on how you signed up and your payment method. After you cancel, you’ll keep your paid perks until the end of your subscription date.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:
- Open ‘Settings’ on your phone
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
- Find and select Bumble
- Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’
If you subscribed through Google Play (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select Bumble
- Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’
If you subscribed using PayPal, credit/debit card, or Apple Pay:
- Open the Bumble app
- Tap the profile icon
- Select 'Subscription details', then tap 'Manage your subscription'
- Choose to cancel your subscription
If you can’t access Bumble to cancel your subscription yourself, please reach out to our support team, who will be happy to help.
