Checking your subscription status
You can view your subscription’s start and renewal dates through the same platform where you purchased it:
Apple App Store:
- Open your device’s Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions
- Select Bumble to view your active plan, start date, and renewal date
Google Play (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select Bumble to see your subscription details and next billing date
If you subscribed through Bumble directly (through Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay,) you can check your subscription information directly in the app. To do this:
- Open the Bumble app or website
- Go to 'Profile'
- Click 'Subscription details'
If you’re looking to cancel your subscription, we have all the information in our dedicated article.
Things to know
- Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- If you delete your Bumble account, your subscription won’t automatically cancel. You’ll need to manage it through your app store or on Bumble first (depending on how you subscribed).
- You can use your active subscription across devices as long as you’re logged into the same Bumble account.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, you might notice a small preauthorization charge before your renewal date. Don’t worry, this is just Google's way of making sure there are enough funds in your account for the upcoming payment
- Only purchases made through the Apple App Store can be restored automatically from an old account to a new one. You may need to contact Support for subscriptions purchased with other payment methods, e.g. credit card or Android.
