Getting help:
The quickest way to get help is through our Help Hub, right in the app. You'll be able to search for answers to common problems to solve queries without even needing to contact support.
Here, you can chat with Jen, our AI support agent, for instant answers. And if you need more, Jen can connect you to the right place.
To start a chat using the app:
- Open your 'Profile'
- Tap the question mark icon in the top right
- Scroll down and tap 'Start Chat'
While you're in the Help Hub, you can also search our Help Center, browse popular topics, and check Notifications for updates on any reports or past support chats.
To start a chat using the website:

- Click on your profile icon
- Head to ‘Contact and FAQs’
- Select ‘Contact us’

Things to know:
For some queries, we may ask you to log in if you're not already logged in. Logging in to your account means we can do more to help you, faster.
Including your Bumble User ID when you contact us also helps us find you quickly and get things sorted faster:
- Tap the Profile tab
- Open Settings (top right)
- Scroll to the bottom and double-tap the Bumble logo
- Tap to copy the number that appears
