Share Date is a safety feature on Bumble that lets you easily send your date plans to a trusted friend or family member. It’s designed to give you extra peace of mind by keeping the people you rely on informed about where you’ll be and who you’re meeting.
How to use Share Date
To share your date details:
- Open your chat with your match
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
- Select “Share Date”
- Add your date details, including the time, location, and who you’re meeting (their name, age, and picture will automatically be included)
- When your date card is ready, choose how you’d like to share it. You can send it through apps like WhatsApp, iMessage, or any other messaging platform
The person you send it to doesn’t need to have a Bumble account to view your plans.
If anything changes, like location or timing, you can update your date details directly in the app. Any edits you make will automatically update the link you already shared, so there’s no need to send a new one.
