We take safety seriously—both online and offline. When necessary, we work closely with law enforcement agencies to support investigations, conduct welfare checks, and comply with data protection laws and regulations. Our goal is to help create a safer digital environment for everyone.
We collaborate in good faith with law enforcement to uphold our Privacy Policy and keep our community safe. In doing so, we comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. Please note that our standard practice is not to notify users or the public about any requests we receive from law enforcement.
Law enforcement agencies can submit data or preservation requests through our secure law enforcement portal. To access the portal, please create an account and log in.
We do not accept requests submitted via fax, phone, email, or from unauthorized individuals. If submitted by mail, please allow for longer processing times.
Correspondence addresses:
To ensure a law enforcement request is processed under the correct legal framework, it must be addressed to one of the following offices:
- United States: Bumble Trading LLC 1105 West 41st Street Austin, Texas, 78756
- United Kingdom and International: Bumble Holding Limited 1 Blossom Yard, Fourth Floor London, United Kingdom, E1 6RS
EU Production Order (EPOC) & Preservation Requests (EPOC-PR): Social Online Payments Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Dublin, Ireland
If a request is not clearly addressed to an office, we may treat it as being made to our UK office and process it under the laws of England and Wales. This may result in the request being declined. We do not transfer requests between offices. It is the responsibility of the requesting agency to send the request to the correct address. Please note EU member states are required to submit requests via the prescribed e-Evidence channels—requests received via mail will not be processed.
