We collaborate in good faith with law enforcement to uphold our Privacy Policy and keep our community safe. In doing so, we comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. Please note that our standard practice is not to notify users or the public about any requests we receive from law enforcement.
Law enforcement agencies can submit data or preservation requests through our secure law enforcement portal. To access the portal, please create an account and log in.
We do not accept requests submitted via fax, phone, email, or from unauthorized individuals. If submitted by mail, please allow for longer processing times.

To ensure a law enforcement request is processed under the correct legal framework, it must be addressed to one of the following offices:

If a request is not clearly addressed to an office, we may treat it as being made to our UK office and process it under the laws of England and Wales. This may result in the request being declined. We do not transfer requests between offices. It is the responsibility of the requesting agency to send the request to the correct address.
What a request should include:
To help us verify and respond to your request efficiently, please include the following:
- An official, signed document on letterheaded paper

The name of the individual in question, plus one or more of the following:
- Registered email address
- Registered or linked mobile number
- User ID (if known)
- The reason for the request and the specific information needed
- A valid email address from a law enforcement domain

Contact details for a representative, including:
- Full name
- Country
- Law enforcement agency
- Department and rank/title
- Contact phone number
- A copy of the applicable legal process (e.g., search warrant, subpoena, production order, mutual legal assistance request). The legal process must reference the correct Bumble office, as we cannot act on documents addressed to the wrong jurisdiction.
