How text feedback works
Text feedback is automatic, so you don’t need to turn it on or request it. Our AI reviews the text you’ve added to your bio and profile answers and may offer suggestions to help your personality and interests come through. We don’t use any of your personal information when processing feedback.
You’re always in control of what you write. You can use the suggestions or leave your text as it is.

What is the legal basis for profile feedback?
We process your profile information to provide profile feedback on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing our services to you and improving your experience on the app.
Opting out of text feedback
You can opt out of text feedback by contacting our Support team. When you get through to an agent, just type “Opt-me out of AI Text feedback”, and they’ll help you with your request.
Do you use third parties to provide profile feedback?
Yes. We use trusted service providers to help deliver this feature, including Open AI. Open AI processes your profile information to deliver the profile feedback feature and is not allowed to use your data for its own purposes. We take steps to ensure that Open AI does not process any sensitive data in your bios or prompts in order to provide profile feedback.
