Everyone should be treated with kindness and respect. That’s why, on Bumble, we ask everyone to follow a few simple rules.
We don’t allow:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or bullying
- Sexual harassment or fetishisation
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
- Violent, graphic, or threatening content
- Weapons or firearms in photos
- Fake profiles or impersonation
- Misinformation or deliberately misleading content
- Promotion of illegal activity, including drug use
- Spam, scams, or promotional content
- Photos of children, even if they're your own
What happens if these rules are broken?
To keep Bumble safe and respectful, we may:
- Remove the content
- Issue a warning
- Ban the offending member
We don’t take these steps lightly, but they’re sometimes necessary to protect our community and make sure Bumble stays a safe place to connect.
If you’d like more information, please check out our Community Guidelines.
If you believe we’ve made a mistake in taking action on your account or content, the best way to appeal is through the appeals form linked in the notification you received in the app. If you can’t access that, you can still contact us here.
