Looking for your account information or conversations with a past Bumble match? You have the right to access your data through a Subject Access Request.
The fastest way to request your data is to contact us through chat support and state that you'd like to ‘Request data’.
If you’re looking for a copy of your conversation with a match (if you have a success story, for example), both you and your connection will need to submit separate requests to get each side of the conversation.
We aim to provide your data within one calendar month, although a shorter timeframe may apply depending on your location. In most cases, you'll receive your data much sooner once we have confirmed your request.
