The People tab is designed to help you meet people on Bumble Date. If you like each other, you’ll match!
You'll see people who match your preferences.
Here's how to interact with them:
- Swipe right to show you’re interested
- We’ve set a daily like allowance to encourage more intentional matching and help you find genuine connections. Once you reach your limit, no problem—your swipes will refresh in 24 hours e.g. if you hit the limit at 8 PM, your swipes will be ready to go again at 8 PM the next day
- Upgrade to Premium to unlock unlimited likes, so you can keep showing interest in profiles that catch your eye without any limits
- Swipe left to show you’re not interested
- If you accidentally swipe left on someone, or change your mind, you can use Backtrack to undo it. Simply tap the ‘undo’ arrow in the top-right corner (you’ll need a Bumble Boost, Premium or Premium+ subscription for this). Please note that it is not possible to Backtrack or undo a right swipe.
- Really like them? Tap the star icon to send a SuperSwipe
- Please note that SuperSwipes can’t be undone. If you end up matching, you can always choose to unmatch or simply let the connection expire naturally if you decide not to send a message
- Want to send a kind note before you match? Tap the heart in a speech bubble to send a Note
- Scroll through their profile to see more details, including their photos, bio, interests, and Spotify artists they like
- Tap Recommend to a friend to easily share their profile with someone you know
- While you can’t undo a right swipe, you can unmatch if a connection is made, or let it expire naturally if you don’t send a message
